However, we understand that sometimes plans change, or an item may not be quite right for your project. If you change your mind about a product you have purchased from us, we are happy to accept returns subject to the conditions outlined below.
To qualify for a return, the item must be sent back to us within 30 days of the original purchase date, accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (such as your tax invoice or order number).
Condition of Goods: The item must be returned in a strictly unused, resellable condition. This means it must be in its original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and parts included. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is damaged or not in its original state.
Fees and Shipping Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase price for all change-of-mind returns. This fee covers the administrative costs of processing, inspecting, and restocking the goods.
You are responsible for all freight costs associated with returning the item to our warehouse. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier service, as Roofquip cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
